The shooter here (Brannan) is scheduled to be executed here in Georgia this month (January). Not sure if this will happen because I really do think this dude was whacked out of his mind at the time of the shooting and am still scratching my head how he wasn't found not guilty by reason of insanity.

he not shoot down the man with the carbine after least the second warning I'm sorry the policeman really but not understand why the cop wait to the man starting a shootout Maybe the cop was too young and afraid to shoot down somebody or don't want to shoot down a vietnam veteran? |

Everyone that is judging the cop ask your self what would you do in that situation. Most will probably have a tuff answer like shot him but the thing is you don't know what your made of till your in that situation  |
