He had every right to shoot Brannen as he was rummaging in his car for 30 seconds, I always feel bad when I see the video, I doubt there would be a huge public outcry considering the guy was assembling a weapon and as soon as he was in a position in which he is searching in the vehicle after getting in a physical altercation with the officer to begin with, there was every justification to shoot. I feel bad and sad every time I see the video but I will do not agree with anyone who says he shouldn't have shot that old assbag earlier.

Should have shot that fucking dip-ship the second he failed to comply. People are always saying that cops are trigger-happy, but this is what happens when you hesitate in a situation like that. Sad.  |
