this is a prime example of why guns should not be sold for citizen use. especially not assault weapons like an ak-47. at no point would anyone ever need something like that.

A program containing the entire Dinkheller dashcam video is not for public view? Sorry, but that's just incorrect. First, I've seen the entire Dinkheller dashcam video, and the worst part of the video...by far...is the brief section where we see Brannan shooting him repeatedly with a rifle, as Dinkheller screams those blood curdling screams in terror and pain as he's being shot to death, and that section of the video is all over the internet, and widely and easily available for public viewing. So why would you think that the remainder of the video, after Brannan has left, and which essentially shows nothing, is "not for public viewing?" Second, there's a training video that was made which shows the entire dashcam video, as well as video of Dinkheller's funeral, interviews with back-up officers who came to the scene, etc., and analysis of what Dinkheller did wrong. The company that made the video did so as a tool for police departments, LEO's, security guards, etc. But the company also sells the video to anyone in the general public who wants to buy it. In fact, that training video is available as an MP4 for immediate download for anyone who wants to buy it. In fact, there's even a video interview with Brannan in jail, in which he goes into some detail about why and how he systematically shot and killed Dinkheller. There's nothing about this case that is not available to the general public. Regards, -Ward |
