Now this is clearly a case of Darwin's law at work. The cop must have had a police acadamy training and shooting practice yet he still he though he could just talk that redneck out of shooting him with his rifle by shouting "please don't do that, sir". It's a shame for his wife and kids who lost their husband and father, but this guy clearly got erased out of the human gene pool for the better of mankind, hell even that was still too late since he already procreated himself twice.

Deputy Kyle Dinkheller was shot and killed after pulling over a man on a rural road about 6 miles north of Dublin, Georgia. During the traffic stop he called in for backup. Before the backup arrived he was shot by the man with a rifle. He was able to return fire, striking the suspect in the stomach. The suspect was found during a search the next morning and taken into custody |
