Yes, the "disco dance" is from the brain working to get oxygen by moving the limbs to dump more blood to the central core. Rare to see it that pronounced. The outstretched arms are the signs of brain death. When you see those, the person is having severe brain damage, and typically is circling the drain. Look up "Decerebrate And Decorticate Posturing"

Can't comment on what happened before the video started. But where I can see him stabbing, he's in the Brachial Plexus, not even close to the SCV; which is also highly protected by the Sternum.

That being said, I also only see Decerebrate posturing post Fencing.

This makes me think it's most likely the vertebral, the ascending and deep cervical, and the superior intercostal arteries which, if a blood clot or hypovolemic stroke occurred there, would explain the Decerebrate posturing post seizure...
