Yeah, I agree with the location, the subclavian vein and artery is right where he appears to be hitting. I typed SVC when I meant SCV, (like I suspect you typed SCV when you meant SVC lol).

I believe the decorticate posturing begins at -1:02, left leg internally rotated, right leg rigid with the flexed plantar and abnormal flexor response in upper arms and fingers, inwardly rotated. The dramatic transition to deceberate happens precisely at -0:35.
