I can't believe there was a "wrongful death" case over this. The police gave the criminal lots of chances to put the gun down. The guy didn't. He was shot. The end.
It doesn't matter that it was a fucking flip-flop...the police didn't know. The guy was acting like it was a gun and was threatening to shoot.

I don't feel bad for that low-life at all. If he had actually followed the police's orders, he wouldn't be dead. I just feel bad for the dog.

I am against police brutality but in this case police gave him more than enough time to drop the gun ,i am only mad at the idiot releasing the dog ,K9 purpose is to subdue and intimidate ,you dont release the damn dog if a firing squad surrounded the suspect.
