He acted as if he had a weapon and when the dog came it appeared he was going to shoot him. C'mon man, take that ACLU shit somewhere else. This dude was wrong, dead wrong. How can you defend this guy and say the "pigs" are in the wrong? You need to get your priorities in line dude.
I'm not on here to pick a fight, but there have been a shitload police officers murdered in the line of duty in my city in the last 3 years and I'm sick of hearing people defend the criminal.

My father-in-law is a cop and was a S.W.A.T sniper for Spokane County... he was shot in the line of duty and later returned to duty.... and even he was appalled at the cops actions when I showed him this. An officers choice to use deadly force is to be based on the officer's perception of imminent danger, not lossing patience with a suspect who only claims to be armmed... had they released the dog THEN shot, they would be in the right, but they clearly shot, then released the dog... their bad.
