Re: Dead Guy Left On The Floor In Very Dirty Hospital
Everyone knows the us healthcare system could end up draining your bank account for good therefore it's one of the worst in the world when it comes "worth" A simplest medical procedure which is basically "cheap" even in countries with a private health care system could cost a fortune in the US And don't give me that crap about underpaid doctors, I know how hard their job really is... I've worked in hospital, with doctors...they've had a fraction of a US doctors salary (even with "donations on the side") but they are just fine... |

Re: Dead Guy Left On The Floor In Very Dirty Hospital
It’s actually pretty ‘cheap’ in America too as long as you do 1 of 100 different things in advance to make yourself responsible for it. Most procedures cost a fraction (often 10% or so) of the non-negotiated ‘off the street’ price (a price that most people who ‘get’ default on and don’t end up paying any of anyway, hence it being set insanely high to break even after payment from the small percent of them who do pay.) It would be even cheaper if not for the previous government interference (that severed almost all of the healthcare market’s price-finding mechanisms.) It’s pretty funny though that statists’ ‘answer’ to this government-interference-caused-issue is even more government interference… smh… (And even cheaper still if America had some other country carrying the world in terms of healthcare innovation costs, you know, like the rest of the [not America] countries get to now, but alas we don’t have that option.) |

You're an idiot if you call that cheap.... Yeah that's why trailer park people and people living in tents cannot afford basic healthcare even if they had a job ...and they'll become bigger and bigger in the us population, no doubt about that Fuck off |

Re: Dead Guy Left On The Floor In Very Dirty Hospital
Yeah. I look at my healthcare bills. It’s really quite a low amount. Once you take into account that it’s a factor of 10 cheaper from being responsible for yourself (rather than trying to push the costs off on anyone and everyone else,) plus allowance for the fact that we’re a) fat as hell, b) not getting our care rationed, and c) funding the lions share of healthcare innovation for the entire world it’s more or less what it should cost. Maybe if the rest of the world weren’t a bunch of socialist infants they could support their own innovative free markets and we wouldn’t have to bear those added costs (and it’d be that much cheaper for us,) but that’s more about them and their issues than us. P.S. People living in tents don’t have to pay for their basic healthcare costs. They still get it. You go in, you get care, and then don’t pay your bill. (That’s why it’s so expensive for those that do.) Since there’s nothing that physically compels them to pay beyond 25% of their income paying more really optional up to them. |
