Because in some countries legally they HAVE to. I personally think it’s ridiculous and this just makes me even more sure. Poor cyclist didn’t stand a chance on that road.  |

Cycling on the sidewalk is prohibited by the City of Ottawa Traffic and Parking By-law except where it is permitted by official or authorized signs. where i live :( |

The high compression displayed by the violent force and velocity of his innards must have been LOUD! Notice the startled jump of those two! Yes, I can confirm that was his heart that flew out. It is suspended free moving in the pericardial sack by the aortas so it's free to fly out, as it often does on this site... |
