Cyclist Dies After Falling From Elevated Sidewalk Onto Road, Headfirst
Três Corações, Minas Gerais, Brazil A 29-year-old cyclist died on Sunday night (20) after attempting to cross a road and falling from an elevated sidewalk. According to the fire department, Luiz H.R.P. was heading home when he lost control whilst descending from the sidewalk, and fell headfirst onto the road. Luiz suffered a skull depression and haemorrhaging in the temporal region. Several resuscitation attempts were made by firefighters and paramedics, but Luiz was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital. |

I think it's pronounced "Laurie" and she was probably waving as she went by. But she was late for the actual accident. But she DID run over a box of kittens later.  |
