Re: Crushed By Train Just Because of a Lighter
The bigger guy was telling the little guy to hive him back his lighter. So it appears that the little guy borrowed his lighter and then pocketed it afterwards. Nobody likess a lighter thief, But hardly a situation to come to blows over. What's a bic cost like $1 maybe ?

He’s a homeless guy, he’s been arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter. I came get to see what you all thought. Seems I agree with the majority

Re: Crushed By Train Just Because of a Lighter
In the UK it's not easy to get off with self defence, even if you are in the right. My dad was robbed in his shop by two cunts with knives. He asked the police if he could use a baseball bat if it happened again and they said if he did that he would be arrested and charged with assault. Even against a knife and explicit death threats. But the cops did say if he was "repairing a table" and the table leg happened to be behind the counter, that no judge in the land would convict him and they wouldn't arrest him either if he used that to crack a robber's melon open. |
