Re: Crushed By Train Just Because of a Lighter
Yeah I agree with most people it looks more like self-defense I would be curious if the subway had some cameras too and the whole thing the capture it but the video that someone had on their phone is pretty good evidence of self-defense the bully had the man trapped and finally he was able to get two on punches on them to get them off of them unfortunately the bad guy fell down on the tracks on the train was coming there's no evidence that he looks like he intentionally pushed them on the tracks either. Unfortunately the All-American bully lost his life |

No, but I just coined the word "beefo'". I was influenced by a lady flight attendant of color on United Business Class to London from Chicago. I told her I didn't want the in-flight meal, she replied "I can see you have eaten at this establishment beffo'".

Re: Crushed By Train Just Because of a Lighter
Complicated issue. USA doesn't provide enough mental in-patient care / warehousing so we have crazy homeless fucks on the street. It's the "Land Of the Free", the freedom to live in subways if you want. Rudy Guilianni wanted police to pull nut cases off the NYC streets and get them into warming shelters when it was really cold, he said "would you want a family member out in 0F weather or would you want them to be brought into a shelter?". Our Chicago police dept. director said crazy people have a right to be outdoors on the street in the cold so they offer to take them to shelter but at that time could not legally make them. I spend about a month a year in Europe, UK, Germany, Austria (I have a residency permit there), France and Czech. Americans are more friendly and generous by far than those countries, except perhaps England. In fact, in central / eastern Europe I feel like WW3 has already broken out the way they treat each other, very cold, indifferent and sometimes free floating hostility. I was in a local Walmart and two employees were arguing and giving each other a difficult time, first time I had seen such hostility at Walmart, they were both recently arrived from Czech Republic. |
