Apparently, the police "spoiled" daughter doesn't like the noise the man produced using a homemade "PVC Cannon" which is declared illegal in the country. But instead of simply arresting them or putting them into trial, he proceeded to shoot them in the head, including the innocent mother.

A video is now circulating where the alleged policeman from the Parañaque police recklessly killed a civilian couple due to a dispute in Purok 2, Brgy. Cabayaoasan, Paniqui, Tarlac this afternoon at 5 p.m.

S. G. y R, 52 years old mother, and her son F. A. G. y R, 25 years old were shot several times by the suspect PSMS Joel Nuezca y Montales right in front of the child and some citizens recorded the incident.

Authorities are still gathering additional information to further clarify the circumstances of the killings.

The young women of the southern hemisphere strongly condemn the complete disrespect of the Philippine police in the lives of every citizen. It is also a manifestation of the full empowerment and impunity of the police in the current Duterte administration.

WHEN: Time of Incident: At around 5:10 PM of December 20, 2020; reported: At around 5:30 PM of December 20, 2020

WHO: Suspect: PSMS Jonel Nuezca y Montales, 46 years old, PNP presently assigned at Parañaque City Crime laboratory and presently residing at Barangay Cabayaoasan, Paniqui, Tarlac.

Victims: S. G. y R, married, 52 years old, and F.A.G. y R, 25 years old, single, both resident of Brgy Cabayaoasan, Paniqui, Tarlac.

How: At around 6:19 PM of this date, Chief of Police of Rosales Pangasinan MPS called Paniqui MPS informing that the aforementioned suspect surrendered at their station. Immediately, personnel of this station led by PLT ORILIA proceeded to Rosales MPS to pick up and transfer the said suspect at this station for proper disposition and for further investigation.

Parañaque Police Officer Junel Nuesca shot dead two unarmed individuals in Paniqui, Tarlac today December 20. The mother-child victims were murdered in front of a child in broad daylight. The altercation started when the police officer's daughter complained about the loud noise of a pvc cannon (boga), a noisemaker popular in the Philippines during holiday season, being used by their neighbors.
