Two Motorcyclists Killed After Sleepy, Speeding Delivery Truck Driver Hits Them

It is suspected that the driver was sleepy when two motorcyclists who were on the shoulder of the road were hit by a box truck at high speed, which resulted in the death of 2 bikers.

The incident which took place in front of a gas station in Java.

CCTV shows the seconds before the fatal accident that befell two motorcyclists who had just refueled.

Three people, one on foot, and two motorcyclists left the refueling station heading to the highway. Unlucky just got out on the shoulder of the road suddenly a box truck appeared at high speed directly hitting the two motorcyclists, even one motorbike was dragged several meters.

One of the victims died instantly at the scene an eyewitness told. The other was in critical condition and immediately rushed to the Public Health Center and later referred to the City Hospital.

Latest information is that he also died in the hospital.

The traffic unit secured the truck driver along with evidence of two motorbikes that were heavily damaged, due to the violent collision.

Until now, the police are still investigating a number of witnesses and drivers. The two victims were identified as S. and K.

What is that 3 circle sticker on the front of the truck? It looks like a bio hazard symbol? My guess is the truck did sustain some bio hazard contamination during the crash.
