Police forgot to say that if India didn't have the stupid religious tradition of allowing cattle to roam the roads freely this ABSOLUTELY wouldn't have happened either.  |

It's night time, the cow is a dark brown to black color and wasn't standing up. There seemed to be adequate lighting but he might not have realized it was a big ole ass cow lying down. At first, it didn't look like a cow to me until it jumped up and moved |
