I do not claim this video to be fake but it looks fake because it is fucking GROTESQUE that a man can be gunned down like this in broad daylight in a city park...
That said, i do not quite understand american jurisdiction...i don't want to come to this fucking cop's defense but how's that a *MURDER*?!
It wasn't planned, it wasn't cruel, it wasn't for money or revenge and the cop did not try to hide a crime with it...it's manslaughter, isn't it?
Sometimes the state will charge with the highest offense possible--in this case first degree murder. When you're on a jury, you can only find the defendant guilty or not for the crime they were charged with. And/or a lesser charge, but no higher. IE, if he had been charged with manslaughter the jury can only argue that charge and/or lower.

They are just upping their odds of winning is all.

next time, when you reach for your wallet to get your drivers license and get shot in the face 57 times by 3 cops. i'll be sure to remember you would have thought that was justified because you might have been reaching for a gun and potentially could have endangered innocent people.
All of this supposition is pointless however, if the person stopped by the police is white.
