I do not claim this video to be fake but it looks fake because it is fucking GROTESQUE that a man can be gunned down like this in broad daylight in a city park...
That said, i do not quite understand american jurisdiction...i don't want to come to this fucking cop's defense but how's that a *MURDER*?!
It wasn't planned, it wasn't cruel, it wasn't for money or revenge and the cop did not try to hide a crime with it...it's manslaughter, isn't it?

I saw many footage when cops shoot someone for less like this
Anyway a getaway criminal who resist official arrest, could be a potential danger for any innocent citizen not only for the police officer
The possibility of the accidents and hostage situations is very high in these situations
I think the policeman use his gun rightly in this situation
A criminal who doesn't afraid to resist to a official arrest maybe have done bigger problems if he doesn't stopped

next time, when you reach for your wallet to get your drivers license and get shot in the face 57 times by 3 cops. i'll be sure to remember you would have thought that was justified because you might have been reaching for a gun and potentially could have endangered innocent people.

i believe manslaughter is accidental. if this is manslaughter its with gross negligence. which carrys the same penalty as murder. like a dui hit and run

I do not believe that manslaughter is per se accidental. It's just homicide without the "five aspects of murder" (planned, cruel, out of revenge/hate, to hide another crime and for money)
