When a cop says to come out with your hands up. Why did he have a phone lit up like a xmas tree in his hands? Do you know that is a common trick to conceal a small gun. Conceal it behind a large phone with the screen on. Then move the phone with one hand (drawing the eye) and simply fire with the pitch black gun in the other hand. Easy to do and for a perp with no way out, it works.
