Re: Cop Fatally Shoots Guy Holding Up Phone when Emerging from Friend's Garage
Perhaps the other hidden hand, coupled with a jerky gesture (low light as well), caused the reaction?! Incidentally, and I'm not intending to offend anyone (seriously), but if the perpetrator had been white, would the officer have been "fired?"

Re: Cop Fatally Shoots Guy Holding Up Phone when Emerging from Friend's Garage
All of you ethnically-entitled crybaby leeches who pull out the race card EVERY single fucking time, fail to realize that this case here is similar to the killing of Mr. Daniel Shaver, but of course none of you BLM/antifa cocksuckers would care—precisely because he was White, as the ignorant and prejudiced racists you are. Nobody goes out protesting, rioting or causing mayhem when White people are murdered in cold blood by Blacks or anybody else. The bottom line here is that Blacks cause a preponderance of crime in the US, which is inversely proportional with their demographics—and as such, cops who are less than competent have a reason to be itchy around them. Get your heads out of your All Sharpton, ethnic-grievance, cosmically constipated asshole. It stinks in there. |

Yes clearly a phone but sorry his right hand is hidden and he’s approaching the officer at speed instead of just getting on the ground, I’d have lit the motherfucker up too |

Re: Cop Fatally Shoots Guy Holding Up Phone when Emerging from Friend's Garage
Some of you are missing the point. There is no first amendment debate going on here. Who said there was? Everyone has a right to do what they want in the name of free speech and free expression. The point is that by exercising that right (while not denied to you) it can have unfortunately consequences. Like yelling fire in a crowded theatre. Sure, you can do it, but should you do it. The suggestion is that while you can have a recording cellphone, a butcher knife, a tea party tray with 4 places settings on it, the way you can best avoid getting shot is to have nothing in your hands. Don't fumble about in your pockets. Don't shamble out of a darkened garage manipulating what's in your hands. The cop has a split second to decide if you are a threat. Hands up, with clear verbal communication, then ask if you can have your phone out to record. The body camera will back up your story. I want less dead people at the hands of cops. Deciding that the way to accomplish this goal is by antogonizning the officers, scaring them, making what is perceived as threatening movements and carrying objects that 'could' be seen as a weapon, does not accomplish this. Have the first amendment on your side, council those you want to stay alive with better common sense. And if a brother gets shot fully complying with officer's commands, we all know they will be celebrated - no matter what henoius criminal history they might or may not have. |

Re: Cop Fatally Shoots Guy Holding Up Phone when Emerging from Friend's Garage
So the conclusion is that the black man OBVIOUSLY needed to die. I would add that the cop is an idiotic pussy for risking his life like that. It would have been far safer for him to get together a bunch of his friends, put on bedsheets, and just burn the neighborhood down. It's worked in the past.

Re: Cop Fatally Shoots Guy Holding Up Phone when Emerging from Friend's Garage
The REAL statistic that you're trying to cite is that black people get CONVICTED of crime in the US, which is inversely proportional with their demographic. No research was ever put into WHY this is. They could be given less leniency when charges are pressed against them. They could be given less leniency during conviction. They could be disproportionately convicted for crimes they never actually committed. It could be all those reasons combined. The statistic never said anything about committing crime. I live in a red county. Fucking EVERYONE commits crime. Stealing, dope dealing, fraud. Nobody ever gets convicted. |
