I thought that too, but it's not the same guy. The cop who you see survive had his accident in 1995. The video posted of this unfortunate cop was much later, you can tell this by the mobile phones being used(to record and those that come into camera view). |

I wonder how much awareness he actually had? He was picking at it and pulling at it and it seemed like he was completely out of his mind. But then he points up at something and talks to someone and it looks like he was actually quit lucid. Either way, WTF. This is the sickest shit I've ever seen. Can't imagine laying there alive like that. Horrible doesn't even begin to describe it.
