the guy actually lived I saw the video of him in rehab with no legs of course. looked like the bike almost ran him over. they could have closed the street down and maybe covered him, if he had a gun I think I know what he would have done. I would have shot some of the jerks with the cellphone cameras and saved the last bullet for me.
