He doesn't scream because he has lost a lot of blood and is in shock. His confused movements are for the same reason. His brain cannot handle the pain overload so it is blocking it out. Most likely, the man doesn't even realize that he will be dead in a couple of minutes. Maybe, it's just as well.

I have been waiting forever for this thing to play more than 23 seconds... thought it was supposed to show him getting cut in half? I see the truck in front of him, but didn't see it run him over.  |

I feel sorry for him - it would be better to die instantly than to realise what has happened I didn't actually think it was possible to live for more than a few seconds like that |

its doubtful he was in pain. probably didnt feel any. i'm betting he went into shock immediately.

Probably the pain was to strong that he couldn't feel anything at all. He's just quiet and in peace. Painless transition to dead. |
