All of these "hitmen" have an amateur tell. You can see it clear as day on this video. When they shoot, they also thrust the gun at their target in a cartoonish attempt to help push the projectile out of the barrel. Makes the shots go a bit askew, and explains why they use so much ammo - they make up for bad aim with sheer volume.

Huge growth industry, doing range training for cartels and favela gangs. Downside, you're working for...well, you get the idea.
