Re: China: Woman Slaughtered In Broad Daylight
Technically it varies state to state a bit. But by far and large, all the scenarios you describe, if properly, "articulated" would be fine. A civilian has no, "duty to protect" so you can simply stand there and do nothing, legally, if you so choose (not me, more than once)... |

You're welcome! I think Venmo is just video uploading for sharing, not sure if you can edit on there, I've not used it before. I use ezgif.com for most video editing (cutting, cropping, merging, rotating + loads more). Edit: I'm thinking of Vimeo - doh!

Re: China: Woman Slaughtered In Broad Daylight
In the US in most states it’s possible to do something, but you have to be in close proximity to the person you want to shoot and verbally announce: “You are in my space, I am standing my ground.” After that you can pull out the gun and basically shoot the other person. You’d probably get off with at least a warning. Although it helps if the other person is a minority though, depending on which state you are in. Re: China: Woman Slaughtered In Broad Daylight
You clearly aren't from/in the US. There's no restrictions ANYWHERE to using deadly force once the threat is ACTIVE. You are talking about, "threats". Once a little Chinese girl has been partially decapitated in front of your eyes, you destroy the animal with extreme prejudice... |
