There are a lot of questions relating to this video. What's being pictured matches a lot of the known protocols, but having ANY execution filmed is quite rare, even more so when it's a large number of them.

There tends to be very little prep associated with most executions, and even the condemned doesn't know the exact day/time. In much of China, the entirety of the process involves driving to an out of the way spot (specifically away from areas where filming is expected), where the sentence is carried out.

In terms of filmed executions, it's rare to have the actual shot included. More focus is given to the crime committed, and the final result of the execution...but this can depend on if the family is willing to pay the bullet tax.

If you can find any details, please post them, as if this was real, and not a reenactment, it would be good to know.

My wife translated for me.
Defiantly China, lady at start says she did something wrong (didn’t quite catch what though) but she says what she did wasn’t illegal to the law. That place was one of their “Re-education” centres, the signs on their backs say something like Criminal Death Sentence. The red banner above the building is translated to something like the Death Sentence Performing Place, China doesn't like to call the prisons that, they refer to them as “Re-education” centres, talk out about the government or laws and your put there, drug dealers, rapists, fraudsters, non-conformers etc are all put there into those places, the level of re-education is dependant on your crime, this type of execution is a show to others not to do and more common, some are simply taken out and never seen again.

It is so weird that their uniforms have POLICE written in English on them. Generally it's one of the first things I look for in trying to spot US aimed propaganda, but this is clearly real.
Odd though. Maybe was there some kind of US or English speaking envoy there? Or some kind of oversight agency or film crew?
