A clean cut like a machete hack could be repairable but an arm ripped off like that I seriously doubt it.  |

it looked like her other arm was mangled too. as for the arm that was torn off, that kind of amputation results in little bleeding so she most likely survived. that arm would be tough to save  |

When a limb is cut there's a possibility, when it is ripped not so much, blood vessels may be missing considerable length but nerves will probably be ripped and destroyed rendering them irreparable. |
