The only post like this that I DIDN'T have sympathy for the victim, was one where the woman's arm was laying in the street, and the cell phone was still clutched in it's fingers. She was smarter after that, I'm sure. Unlike her, this woman may not have done anything wrong

Explain? What caused the arm to come off? Usually when limbs aren’t rippped off, it’s from major impact and the rest of the body is rag dolled and person is dead.

She doesn’t seem to have those types of impact injuries like those other people had when they’ve lost limbs in vehicle crashes!

I would imagine that, perhaps, they rode too close to the center line (or an on coming vehicle did) and her arm got caught/hit by the oncoming vehicle?
I see no nearby pole or tree.

It's interesting that she's bleeding so little. She might make it through this.

I was thinking why someone didn't go get her arm, put it on ice so it could be attached when they got her to the hospital.
