She was already dead before the van ran over her. Unfortunate that she was run over, yes, but not tragic. Pretty obvious from the video. Note the time lapse, cover over the body, lack of constant CPR/monitoring of her if she WAS still alive, etc. She was dead. Very lucky for her. |
