hmmm.... I wonder if the van driver got busted for causing death by dangerous driving, or whether she was already dead? Would a post mortem confirm this?

Notice that there's a 40 minute gap between the heart attack and the van incident, so I'd say it's pretty safe to say she's dead.

Note to self: If you ever have a heart attack, have it somewhere people know at least some CPR...
