one of the lousiest drivers i ever saw... man or woman... why run over something that might have something to damage your wheels? even if it was not human under it. the road was wide enough to avoid it. here in the Philippines, you dont run over even a crumpled piece of paper. many cases that those paper balls have nails and bottles in them and is being used as caltrops to damage tires of vehicles.... when that happens, dont worry.... the vulcanizing shop of those who put those papers will be just a few hundred meters ahead.
