It's not quite new, though. They did the same thing in the taxi driver video: https://www.documentingreality.com/f...carios-169910/. However, they were doing the guy a favor. First, one guy distracted him from the leg cutting by tapping him with the rifle, then they got the handcuffs off after the key was lost. |

Here's a suggestion for the narcos next video: after you cut the feet off, stand them up and tell them if they can run a 100 meters without falling down you'll let them go. That would be interesting to watch.  |
