Cartel Vid - Karma Catches Up to Hitman - Quartered and Beheaded While Alive
Haven't seen much from the cartel in months and the first video they surface is easily a 10 stars. Those cries for mercy... karma. PURE KARMA. That dead, limb-less SOB probably did his fair share of kills in his lifetime.

Typically, for whatever reason, the cartel waits until the victim is dead before quartering them. The lightbulb went off in their head and they finally decided it's better to do it while victim is alive.
