Info: dumbass in a hurry wasnt paying attention and should be prosecuted to the full extent.

Reality: lawyer delays trial over and over to lessen impact for sentencing. Will end up doing time that isnt proportionate to the crime.
People that do this aren't even in a hurry. Just being an arrogant aggressive competitive douche that needed to get around the car in front and assert dominance so bad.
