That only applies when both parties are same sex or similar size. There's plenty of examples of women using deadly force vs a man with varying abilities. It largely depends on state laws and each individual circumstance. This is why you NEVER speak to the cops and get the best lawyer you can afford. Often times the difference completely lies in the articulation of the circumstances.

Its strange to see how easily modern feminist world approves murder...and how little is needed to praise women for killing someone. No joke would ever justify any physical violence...let alone murder. Any groaping/butt slap is a minor inconvenience with no real damage...and as such...should be treated/punished accordingly. In this case, looks like the woman was the agressor. Not the physical agressor but a mental agressor. I.e she didn't let go of whatever happened earlier. You can see the guy walks away and is done with the shit, but then, the other woman seems to keep shouting/doing something that draws the attention of all the other employees. The interesting part is 0:40 - it looks like the other woman is also backing out of that situation. I wonder if she already had a knife in her hand at that point...and the guy was trying to disarm her. Looks like thats the case.
I guess time will tell.
Both were wrong in that situation...but to me, it seems it was the woman who was more wrong here.

Idk where you are from but here in the states we have pretty steep requirements for self defense. In this case its a slam dunk murder charge.

In this altercation he never laid hands on her. She brandished a knife and threatened him with it. She swung it and he tried to smack the blade away in self defense, cutting his hand and then walks away to get a towel. She further threatens him and then they struggle over the knife and she stabs him in the chest repeatedly.

Defense takes equal force and equal threat. There is nothing in the video indicating her life was in danger.
