Bus Robber Was Shot and Fatally Chillin on a Bus Seat
Brazil, Feb. 23, a criminal died after attempting to rob a bus in the morning, that was driving 17 km from Recife. According to the Military Police the assailant entered the vehicle in the center of Recife and paid his fare normally.  According to witness accounts, after driving for a while he raised his voice telling this was a robbery but a passenger who was armed with a gun reacted and hit the bandit with several shots. According to witnesses, the gunman, who was possibly a plainclothes policeman got out of the vehicle and was not seen again.  PM still did not confirm if the shooter was in fact a police officer or not. The robber could not resist the injuries and ended up dying inside the bus. The case is being investigated by the Homicide Office (DH) of the region. |
