There is a wiki link in the main post that covers it all, but in a nutshell, he was a public official who misapproriated funds. He had been found guilty and was about to be put away when he did this.  |

Ahh, I remember Bud's. He was just one of the first gore/traumatizing videos I ever saw. He went along the top 3 videos I first ever saw as a gorehound, with others going to the Ricardo Cerna suicide and the Bjork Stalker suicide.
