He might have been a thief or done something to one of their relatives , in countries like that if you steal from them or try hurting a relative ect they teach you a severe lesson.. If it was like that in the U.K the youngsters wouldn't think they can take on the world and the ones that did would get the chance to try.. Not good though , poor kid probably didn't deserve it and if he did, fuck him ..
