Squeegee Boy (street windshield washer) was the only guy who attempted first aid on the bleeding guy. In fact, he made a good effort at first, applying pressure to the wound. First time I remember seeing a bystander apply pressure to a bleed out on Documenting Reality. The authorities should promote Squeegee Boy to giving COVID shots or something, he has the desire and more caring bedside (curbside?) manner than most US doctors.

Guy didn't have much blood in him unless he spurted out somewhere else before falling. Kind of funny, the more nutrition and well fed, the longer you have before collapse from blood loss.
