Re: Bondi, Sydney - Mass Shooting
There was video from another Aussie that ran toward the bridge, got REAL close & actually had a better vantage point than the cops behind the vehicles did. He shouted out to them what the younger gunman was doing, where his attention was, when he popped up so they could fire. He even took it upon himself to draw the gunman's attention long enough to allow the cops to try to take him out. The gunman did see him & took aim but I'm uncertain if that was the moment cops actually shot him because the Aussie dropped down as soon as he made eye contact with the gunman & was aimed at. Chaos, trauma, death, confusion & lots of bravery that day. |

Re: Bondi, Sydney - Mass Shooting
Awwww. Aussies are so kind that they disarm mass shooters and allow them to retreat to kill more instead of just greasing their ass after having them at gunpoint at point blank range. At least an American woukd have dome pieced the guy.

Re: Bondi, Sydney - Mass Shooting
I honestly think not knowing what gunshots actually sound like could have contributed to this. They were likely mistaken for fireworks etc. Because many people who have never heard it or shot a gun.
