Many people are so ignorant about race. Many Latinos have African roots. Long ago, Mexico had a big African population. This gentleman does look black. I do remember when Bush commented to Cardoso about the Black population of Brazil. Sad but what an embarrassment for the president to ask high-level Brasilian officials “Do you have blacks, too?”  |

Obviously you havent seen the half of it. You ever think they might be tired of showing their ID to cops every week when theyve done nothing wrong? Im white, and I never have been asked for my ID. Cops constantlt harrass black people without reason. Theres many examples of police killing innocent black men that DID try to cooperate. Elijah McClain was walking home, when someone called the cops on him for the crime of being black. He was not a gang member. He was a violin player, and had no violent bones in his body. He spent his spare time at the humane society playing music for the animals. He begged the police to check his ID to prove he wasnt a criminal and they refused, and instead beat him unconscious. Then the paramedics showed up and injected his unconscious body with Ketamine to sedate him in case he resisted. He died. |
