When I'm coming upon an intersection where there's a car waiting to pull out, I always try to find the eyes of the driver. Just watch, prepare, and be ready. You can never assume they see you. Same when passing a car on a highway. I look at the driver and try to determine if he's paying attention or lolligagging. And that's while obeying traffic laws and not trying to kill myself like the cunts in this video!
