That's actually maggots swimming in a blackish necrotic flesh soup. They're swimming in decay. See the pillow how its got that dark stain all around his head? Thats seepage of the yummy blackish necrotic tissue soup. Mmmmm. That would smell so horrible. IDK what's wrong with these people. There's also the one with the little boy who had a crater on the side of his head filled with maggots. The maggots make it look like its caving in at one point. They all....fuck, IDK WTF the maggots did but its freaky as hell. One good thing like someone already mentioned. Is the maggots are only eating dead flesh and they can do a far better job than any human could.
