My little brother used to train surf as a youngster. He stopped after his friend fell off and was decapitated. Because of that all the tube trains in London had the outside handles removed. They were only about 10 at the time. |

I have the answer. More of the train’s wheels grab him or his clothing and kept rolling him. The entire train has to pass before rescue and there probably was all types of train cars all of which would be built differently on the frame structures around the wheels. |
