When this first happened, I was curious if the video would ever end up here. The way the media portrayed it, he was standing over the dying cops and mocking them, as they took their last breaths. This looks nothing of the sort. Bad taste? Sure. Illegal? I guess only in Australia.

Take a look at what he was actually charged with though. He wasn't charged with "standing over a body and laughing". Also this is just one video. No doubt there's plenty more evidence that lead to his conviction.

Two officers in one car pulled him over, once they realised he was on MDMA and cannabis, another two officers in one car came to assist in impounding the vehicle.

Standard procedure.
