Piece of shit for doing it, but I don’t think he should be jailed for it. If he didn’t do it on camera, he was going to do it privately with his friend group later. All that changed was the time and place, and even though I disagree with his sentiments, he should be allowed to say whatever he feels. 90% of the comment sections in these videos will have some sort of divisiveness, or jokes being made at the expense of others, but I truly think we’d all be less human if we were limited in our expression. |

I wonder if experts came to this conclusion or is the judge also a shrink. People with mental health problems sometimes have an episode and later regret it. He shared it among friends but who leaked it to the internet for everyone to see?
