Correct! As soon as I saw the bloke shot in the red chair, I remembered seeing a few articles on it the other week. I've just gone back to get the images; here they are, along with a little bit of info. On the afternoon of 13th September 2020 in Navarrete (Dominican Republic), R.D.V. was shot dead. Locals state that 'R' was a drunk but not a criminal.
