The driver was High as fuck along with the passenger. there was no way this guy could of pulled off a proper shot in the state of mind he was in. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. In this case the prize was DEATH.

Guy was going to die sometime or kill or hurt someone innocent, so it was his time to be checked out. Nothing positive would had come from his existence . |

Wow, that happened just a month after I moved from Canoga Park. I lived so close to that location that I could have walked there... Canoga Park definitely has its share of problems.
