Canoga Park, California - October 7th, 2023.

Police responded to calls of a man sitting with a gun in a vehicle in the parking lot of a pharmacy.

After failing to comply with demands probably due to being off his face, the officer shot off his face. (sorta)

The man died at the scene, but not before being handcuffed (some people like to play possum. This didn't end up being the case here.)
At least he didn’t take anyone with him

He was a suicide by cop case, no doubt but these handcuffings always makes me laugh.... how coward that nation are now....safety first, wear your helmet, pay your taxes, get handcuffed while you're dying, if you cannot afford healthcare, die
