here in mexico we use entrails to prepare some tacos, its called taco de tripa, I dont like it soft, but the crunchy one is special and nice

careful cause if not cleaned properly it can smell like shit



dont forget cilantro, cebolla and salsa verde and of course limón
HOLY SHIT BATMAN...CAN YOU SMELL THAT?!?!? SMELLS LIKE A PLATE FULL OF DUDU,MIERDA,CACA OR SHIT Looks kinda like SHITTY SQUID I would have to pass on that delicacy my friend. I usually like to try new stuff but that's a bit too far from my comfort zone
